- Due to its dimensions, this product is often delivered with a truck. Therefore, only enter a delivery address that can be reached with a truck, during office hours. An unsuitable delivery address may lead to extra transportation costs that cannot be refunded. If in doubt, contact us before ordering.
- The floor liners are specially made to order and cannot be returned.

This floor liner is tailor-made for your Mercedes-Benz Citan (W415) and is a budget-friendly entry-level option in our assortment. The van flooring creates a flat and solid surface for the cargo and protects the original metal floor of your commercial van against damage. As standard, each floor liner is supplied with flush-integrated aluminum entry profiles, provided the entry is not curved. The floor liner is made of poplar plywood, which is lighter and more economical than birch plywood, but also softer and slightly less resistant to wear and moisture. The floor liner is available in different finishes:

• Poplar plywood uncoated. Thickness depending on the size of the floor: 10 or 12 mm
• Poplar plywood varnished in grey. Thickness depending on the size of the floor: 10 or 12 mm

To facilitate transport and installation, most floor liners are delivered in two or more parts. The parts are simply connected to each other using the supplied coupling screws in pre-drilled holes. The coupling screws are only screwed into the floor liner parts and not into the steel floor of the vehicle. The van flooring is secured using mounting cups that align with the original lashing eyes in the vehicle's floor. The original lashing eyes are then reinstalled into these cups. When the lashing eyes are not in use, the mounting cups can be covered with a lid. In vans where the lashing eyes are not mounted in the floor, but against the side wall, the floor liner is usually supplied with special mounting brackets, which are mounted into the side wall. For floor liners without the possibility of screw or bolt mounting, we recommend fixation with MS-Polymer glue (not included).
