You need JavaScript enabled to view it. on working days from 9:00 to 17:00. At Car Parts Expert we place great value on customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied, neither are we. In general a money back guarantee applies. Below you will find more information about the steps to follow if you are not satisfied with our products. In the extreme case we cannot resolve your complaint, you can also submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee through the European ODR Platform.

Complaints procedure in case of delivery errors or product faults

We advise you to check directly after delivery of your order if you have received the correct product and whether it was delivered complete and undamaged. If this is not the case, or when the product shows defects later on, please follow this procedure:

  1. Report your complaint within 14 days after receipt of your order per email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. If possible, please attach several clear pictures to your email to illustrate the problem.
  2. We will do our best to reply to your complaint immediately, but we will respond at least within 14 days after receipt of your e-mail. If a complaint requires a longer processing time, we will give you an indication when you can expect a more detailed answer form us.
  3. If your complaint is justified, we will send a replacement product or take the faulty product back. In the latter case, we will refund the purchase amount after receipt of the product.
  4. Returned articles must be complete and - as far as reasonably possible - in the original factory condition and packaging.

Painting service customer satisfaction guarantee

If you have chosen to use our painting service we offer a customer satisfaction guarantee. That means that we guarantee you the accuracy of the colour and the overall quality of the paintjob. We need to make the following notes:

  • It appears that car manufacturers are not always steady in their car colours. This can lead to small colour deviations with your product.
  • The required paint quality varies with the location on the product: a sight surface is more demanding than to a surface which is not or hardly visible after mounting of the product.

We will always assess together with you whether your complaint is justified. In case of doubt however, we will give the customer the advantage.

In case of complaints about the painting, you should follow this procedure:

  1. Report your complaint within 14 days after receipt of your order per email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Please attach several clear pictures to your email to illustrate the problem.
  2. We will do our best to reply to your complaint immediately, but we will respond at least within 14 days after receipt of your e-mail. If a complaint requires a longer processing time, we will give you an indication when you can expect a more detailed answer form us.
  3. If your complaint is justified, we will refund the additional costs of the painting or we take the faulty product back completely. In the latter case, we will refund the total product amount after receipt of the product.
  4. Returned articles must be complete and - as far as reasonably possible - in the original factory condition and packaging.

Withdrawal of your order

Also if you are not satisfied with the product for other reasons, you can return it. Please follow this procedure:

  1. You can withdraw your order within a sighting period of 14 days after receipt of your order. Products that have been painted in colour for you, cannot be withdrawn. Unfortunately we cannot take these tailor made products back.
  2. We advise you to report your withdrawal per e-mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
  3. You will receive an e-mail from us with all the information you need to return your order. The direct costs of the return transport are at your own expense, these are equal to the shipping costs. You must return the products to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you informed us of the decision to withdraw your order. You are still in time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
  4. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
  5. Returned articles must be complete and - as far as reasonably possible - in the original factory condition and packaging.
