The Gatelock Medium is a professional van lock designed to provide extra protection for the cargo space of your van against break-ins. The Gatelock Medium offers the highest level of security and is officially certified by CNPP and Sold Secure. This van lock is resistant to attacks using professional burglary tools and is ideally suited for professionals who transport valuable goods. The Gatelock Medium fits universally on almost any van model and can be installed on both twin rear doors and sliding doors. Installation requires some skill, but can be done yourself with the help of the comprehensive manual: by using a template, small holes are drilled in the bodywork, after which the van lock is securely fixed with the supplied mounting material. The van lock is available in two versions:

- 'Slamlock': The lock locks automatically when the door is pushed shut. Therefore, the key is only needed when opening.
- 'Deadlock': The lock can only be locked using the key. The key can be removed when the lock is unlocked, allowing you to open the door on a secure construction site, for example, without having to use a key every time.

Thanks to the emergency release cable, the lock can always be opened from the inside. The lock cannot be locked from the inside.

For optimal protection against drilling and sawing, the lock housing is made of solid steel with a hardened surface. The certified Netoma® lock cylinder complies with the highest safety class 6 of the European standard UNI EN 1303 and offers maximum protection against lockpicking and mechanical attacks. The patented key system has more than 1,000,000 possible combinations and is extremely copy-secure. The Medium van lock is available as:

- Single lock (for twin rear doors or sliding door)
- Set of 2 locks (for twin rear doors + one sliding door)
- Set of 3 locks (for twin rear doors + two sliding doors)

All locks in a set are keyed alike, meaning they can be opened with one and the same key.
