The Hybrid UV Protect is the top-of-the-line all-season hail protection cover from the Walser brand. This car cover protects the bonnet, windscreen, side windows, roof, and boot lid of your Kia Sorento (XM) against very heavy hail up to 26.2 mm in diameter at an impact speed of 70 km/h. In a 500-hour weathering test, the Hybrid UV Protect effortlessly withstood the annual dose of UV radiation. The outer layer consists of a 3-layer waterproof UV protection membrane. The intermediate layer, which ensures the absorption of hail impacts, is a hybrid foam layer of 4 mm soft cushioning foam with a 3 mm hard protective layer against perforation underneath. On the inside, the hail protection cover is finished with a soft, paint-friendly lining. Integrated ventilation openings help reduce condensation under the hail protection cover, while the reflectors and white webbing increase the visibility of your parked car. The car cover is easy to install. Pull the hail protection cover over the car with the sewn-in arrow facing forward. The elastic seams at the bottom keep the cover tight. Then, click the buckles of the straps together under the car and tighten the straps. The Hybrid UV Protect is available in various sizes and was tested by the TÜV Austria.

Because the Hybrid UV Protect hail protection cover is fully waterproof and UV-resistant, this car cover can remain on the car for extended periods. However, over time, condensation may still accumulate under the car cover. It is therefore recommended to remove the cover from the car every two weeks to allow it to air out and dry.
