The Menabo Viper bike carrier is designed for mounting on the tailgate of your Jeep Compass (MP). It is made of steel in combination with high quality plastic parts. The bike carrier is suitable for carrying 3 normal bikes with a maximum weight of 15 kg each. The Viper is attached to the edges of the tailgate with multiple tightening straps and at the bottom it rests on the rear bumper. Please note that both bike carrier and bikes cannot be secured with anti-theft locks. Since the bikes are transported hanging, they should have a more or less horizontal top tube. For bikes without top tube or with a sloping top tube, the Menabo bike frame adapter can be ordered as an accessory.
