Pewag Nordic Star snow chains are suitable for normal passenger cars. The Nordic Star is an entry-level snow chain and is sold in some countries under the name Pewag Brenta 9. Installation is quick and easy. The chain is tensioned with a self-locking ratchet system and rubber tension hook. After approximately 100 meters of driving, the chain must be manually re-tensioned.

Please note:
- Not suitable for SUV’s or heavy passenger cars. For these vehicles we recommend the Pewag Servo SUV.
- Recommendation: minimum free space required behind the tyre = height of the chain links + 7 mm.

Very easy to put on and take off
Very easy to put on and take off, better than the products of other manufacturers that I know of. Very stable, hence the chain case being a bit larger
