The Hybrid UV Protect is the flagship model among Walser's all-season hail protection covers. This car cover protects the hood, windshield, side windows, roof and tailgate of your vehicle from very severe hail up to a diameter of 26.2 mm at an impact speed of 70 km/h. Thanks to the six-layer design and high-quality materials, the Hybrid UV Protect is also completely waterproof and UV-resistant, making the cover suitable for permanent outdoor use. In a 500-hour weathering test the Hybrid UV Protect easily withstood annual UV exposure. The outer layer is made of a 3-layer waterproof UV protection membrane. The intermediate hail-absorption layer is a hybrid foam layer consisting of 4 mm soft cushioning foam and an underlying 3 mm hard protective layer against perforation. The hail protection cover is lined inside with a paint-friendly lining. Integrated ventilation openings help reduce condensation buildup under the hail cover, while reflectors and white piping increase the visibility of your parked vehicle. The car cover is easy to install. Pull the hail cover over the vehicle so that the sewn-in arrow points forward. The elastic seams at the lower edge hold the cover taut. Then click the buckles of the tension straps under the vehicle and tighten the straps. The Hybrid UV Protect is available in several sizes and has been tested by TÜV Austria.

Because the Hybrid UV Protect hail protection cover is completely waterproof and UV-resistant, it can remain on the vehicle for an extended period. However, condensation can build up under the cover over time. It is therefore recommended to remove the cover from the vehicle every two weeks to air and dry it.

- This car cover is suitable for long-term use. However, over time condensation can form under the cover. Therefore it is recommended to remove the cover from the vehicle every two weeks so it can air out and dry.
