Installation and assembly

Our floor plates are delivered in two or more parts to facilitate transport and installation. The parts are easily joined together using the supplied coupling screws in pre-drilled holes. This design ensures that the steel floor of your vehicle is not damaged during installation. Each floor plate comes standard with recessed aluminum door sills, unless the entry is curved. In that case, the floor plate is supplied beveled without a sill.

We also provide fastening cups that correspond to the original tie-down rings in the floor of your Mercedes-Benz Citan - T-Class (W420). For vehicles where the tie-down rings are located against the sidewalls, the floor plate is supplied with special L-mounting brackets. For floor plates that cannot be screwed, we recommend securing them with MS Polymer adhesive.

Optional accessories

For added functionality, our floor plates can be equipped with integrated load securing rails. These rails are placed perpendicularly under the roof beams of your vehicle and can hold various accessories such as tie-down rings and tension rods.
