This Menabo Shadow 2.0 bike carrier is specifically designed for your Volkswagen Caddy - Caddy Maxi (2K) and is mounted on the tailgate. The robust steel frame has a foldable carrier with aluminum wheel trays, suitable for carrying 3 normal bikes or 2 e-bikes with a maximum weight of 22 kg each. The Shadow is attached to the top edge of the tailgate with two tensioners and at the bottom on a metal support bracket, which is has to be mounted behind the license plate. Two rotary knobs with key locks connect the bike carrier to the support bracket and protect it against theft. The Shadow bike carrier is delivered including 3 aluminium frame holders (2 single, 1 double) with key lock to secure the bikes.
